He always have a warm and caring smile in your presence whenever assisting you. Very knowledgeable, professional, motivated and respectful. Works with dignity and pride. He cares about the needs of his clients and he's not there only to make a sell. You can tell that he loves what he does in his profession. He responds quickly to your calls or text. He's shows great concern in what you want to do with your property. He will also give you good advice for making proper decisions. I now understand the importance of having a great agent. It was such a wonderful blessing to have an agent like him. He makes you feel very comfortable in his profession of work. I would recommend Mr. Williams highly to anyone.

My home was listed and contracted within 24 hours. The whole process was pretty seamless. At the end, there were a couple of hiccups, but, in the end it all turned out alright.

I was in the market looking for a house while being skeptical about who I wanted to assist me because we all know this day and time we must all be careful, especially when providing personal information. Anyway I came across this house I saw and Tommy was the realtor. Tommy continued to send me new listings of houses for sale but this particular day he added a message regarding the different programs that I could qualify for. I requested a call from Tommy he called at the requested time being very professional and very patient as I had several questions. I ended the phone call by saying okay I'll reach out to you when I'm ready. I called Tommy back two weeks later and said okay I'm ready to purchase a house. Tommy informed me of the process and we proceeded. Another listing of houses was emailed to me, I think I texted Tommy around 630am saying call me I like this house. Around 7 am Tommy texted and schedule my viewing for the next day. I advised him that I wanted the house. My new family member (House)is gorgeous. But what sold me with Tommy other than being very professional he was honest and upfront when it come to looking at a house. He informed me that some of the houses you see on the internet might not look that way in person so with that being said I kept that in mind. After seeing my new family member I was advised to contact another one of his team members name Robert Sisk. Robert was so easy to deal with he made the loan process easy and stress-free and he was available throughout the day by text, email, or call and best believe I utilized all three.
